We are experiencing a large volume of transfer requests at this time. To be placed in que for your prescription to be transferred from another pharmacy to Uptown Chemist, please fill out the form below and a team member will contact you as soon as we have the prescription.

Patients requesting shipping are required to fill-out the credit card form or for any Patients who prefer to secure a method of payment for a more expedited check-out experience at pick-up.

Uptown Chemist is excited to be offering our new delivery service to parts of Lee & Collier Counties via the new Uptown Chemist Courier Delivery Service beginning April 1, 2024. We will be delivering between Alico Road, US-41, Collier Blvd/951 & East Naples. Your medication(s) will be hand delivered to your preferred delivery address by an Uptown Chemist licensed Pharmacy Technician in properly identified company vehicle.
